  The store was dirty inside and out. I stood in line at customer service for over 20 minutes before a register was available. There were four people behind the counter helping customers then it dwindled down to one. There were still about 8-10 customers waiting. This was around 1:00PM on a Thursday. I finally got to speak to someone about being charged for a single 8 foot board yesterday when it should have been a 6 foot board. I was told that I would have to wait for loss prevention to review the tape since I didn't bring the board back with me. I asked to speak to a manager at this point but my request was denied. The customer service rep finally allowed that she was able to make the adjustment I was asking for after I insisted. I went there out of convenience but instead wasted my time being treated like a criminal over ~$2.00. The primary reason for my return trip was to pick up an accessory that was out of stock the day before. It made sense at the time to go ahead and have them make the adjustment.

  So they call me to tell me my washer and dryer will be delivered on Tuesday mind you we had the freeze between 5:30 and 7:30 at night nobody every called to say they weren't delivering the washer and dryer mind you they also left an automated message then low and behold they didn't deliver it well guess we all knew that though since freeways were shut down though right so fast forward to next day when ice is melting which would be today :) No delivery no phone call so I called the delivery department, guess what.... My order has been cancelled.... So I start to raise hell now they are telling me won't be til the 23rd of this month that the dryer is on back order. Well y'all can kiss my grits because we will be taking our business to Home Depot. Total BS Thanks Jennifer and Leo McEntire Jr.

  I wish I could give this store a zero review! My husband and I have been loyal Lowe's customers for years we were so disappointed with our experience at this store. My husband and I were searching for a cart to load 4x8 sheets of plywood after practically going down each isle I went outside the contractor side doors. I asked an employee about 45-50 yrs old if there were any carts outside he very matter of fact told me to look inside then dismissed me. I went inside an asked a young man (Robert with a ponytail) if he could help me locate a cart he told me to look outside I told him I had already done that. Then he said well you'll probably fine one somewhere. I did find one and we loaded our 6 sheets of plywood. While standing in line Robert walked by and said did you find a cart yet (with a smirky look) he knew good and well we had. My point being no one helped or was even interested in helping and added insult to injury by being sarcastic without cause. I will drive a little further out of my way to another Lowe's or start shopping at Home Depot before I lend myself to this treatment again.
